No fizz in space

There is no fiss in space because there is no 'up'. Shame. I Guess we should save earth. Thanks to Evelyn Chick for this cocktail.

  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow Maple Cream liqueur
  • ½ oz Whisky
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • ½ oz Maple syrup
  • 1 oz Whipping cream
  • ¾ oz Egg whites
  • 3 ¾ drops Orange Bitters
  • 3 ¾ oz Premium soda water

Instructions

  1. Build in small tin
  2. add all liquids other than soda
  3. add one medium ice cube or whisk ball
  4. shake until ice cube is destroyed 45-60 sec.
  5. add more ice to dilute and shake again
  6. double strain into Collins glass for fluffy top
  7. make a small hole with bamboo straw
  8. pour soda into hole to raise foam
