Cherry Bomb

Cherry bomb has a few more ingredients than our other cocktails, but it is well worth it! Be sure to include the egg white that the recipe calls for, this helps to stabilize the Cream Liquor and avoid curtailing as a result of the cherry acidity!

  • Ice
  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow Vodka
  • 1 oz Vodkow Infused Cream Liquor
  • 1 oz Egg White
  • 1 oz Pickled Cherry Juice
  • ½ oz Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Cherry Vanilla Bitters
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 3 Pickled Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Step one

  1. Fill a shaker half full with ice.

step two

  1. Add all remaining ingredients with the exception of Soda Water. Cover, and shake for 30 seconds - 1 minute.

Step three

  1. Strain into a Collins glass.

Step four

  1. Add fresh ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with three pickled cherries on a skewer.
