The Festive Hummingbird

  • 1 ½ oz Golden Bean Chocolate Cream or Chocolate Orange Cream
  • ¾ oz Vodkow Vodka
  • 1 oz Drinking Chocolate
  • ½ oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 dashes Cocoa Bitters
  • Ice


  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Candy Canes


Step one - making the rim

  1. Place Candy Canes in a closed sandwich bag. Crush until coarse with a rolling pin or mallet. Pour into a shallow dish. Stir sugar and water together in a separate bowl. Dip glass rim in sugar rim and then into the candy cane bowl.

Step two

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake for 30-60 seconds.

step three

  1. Fine strain into candy cane rim glass. Enjoy!
