  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill half the shaker with ice
  2. Shake for 30-60 seconds
  3. Using a fine mesh cocktail strainer, pour into a coupe or glass of choice
  4. Garnish with a citrus wheel (dried blood orange wheel shown here) & dried lavender sprig (food grade)

Notes

Early Grey Vanilla Simple Syrup; 1 cup sugar & 1 one cup boiling water. Steep with earl grey tea & a vanilla bean.
