Madame Butterfly

A Vodkow Bar classic made with our Vodkow Madame Butterfly Gin Infusion Kit

  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow vodka infused with our Madame Butterfly Gin Infusion Kit
  • ½ oz Orange liqueur
  • ¾ oz Lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon Tasha's Table Berry Smash Jam
  • 1 oz Egg white
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Hibiscus rosehip bitters
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill half of the shaker with ice, and shake for 30-60 seconds
  3. Using a cocktail strainer, pour into a rocks glass. Top with ice
  4. Garnish with a citrus wheel & fresh herbs or an edible flower
