Too Hot to Handle

A Vodkow Bar classic made with our Pepper Merchant Infused Gin Kit

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodkow vodka infused with our Pepper Merchant Gin Infusion Kit
  • 1 oz Vodkow vodka
  • ½ oz Orange liqueur
  • ½ oz Agave or honey syrup
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 2 dashes Whiskey smoke bitters (Bar Vodkow uses Kinsip bitters)

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice
  2. Shake for 15-30 seconds. Quite vigorously
  3. Using a cocktail strainer, pour into a rimmed rocks glass. Top with ice
  4. Rim with sea salt, smoked salt, lime zest, and ground cayenne
  5. Garnish with a dried lime wheel & small red chili

Notes

Honey or Agave syrup: 1 cup honey/agave & 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve and let cool.
