A Bar Vodkow classic, made with "Your Mum's Garden" Gin Infusion Kit

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodkow vodka infused with "Your Mum's Garden" Gin Infusion Kit
  • 1 oz Honey syrup*
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1 Handful fresh basil
  • 3 dashes Hibiscus rosehip bitters (Bar Vodkow uses Kinsip's bitter)

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of your cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries & basil
  2. Add your infused vodka, honey syrup & lime juice
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30-60 seconds
  4. Using a cocktail strainer, pour into a rocks glass and top with ice. You can also enjoy with the muddled strawberries and basil still in glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig & sliced strawberry

Notes

*Honey syrup: equal parts honey and boiling water. stir to dissolve
