This is a delicious take on a traditional ramos gin fizz, made with cream and egg whites that yields a velvety and fizzy texture. An interesting combination with hints of maple and orange. Recipe, photography and styling thanks to Evelyn Chick of Evelyn Chick Projects.

  • 1 ½ oz Vodkow Sugar Shack Maple Cream
  • ½ oz whisky
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 1 oz whipping cream
  • ¾ oz pasteurized egg white
  • 3 drops orange bitters

  1. In a high powered blender, blend together all ingredients but soda on high until smooth and velvety in texture.

  4. Pour into chilled tall collins glass and slowly top with soda. Garnish with paper straw/stir stick for easy stirring.
